<p>By the time we are in our second half of life we are used to doing things in a certain way.  Yet at the same time we may internally yearning to do new things and go after we have always wanted to do.  This is the time of life when there is an internal push to focus on self.  Our lives may be fine on  one level but not truly reflecting who we are and what we are capable of being on another level. </p>
<p>Today I will focus on one way of creating energy in order to be able to recharge your life. It takes energy to begin anything new. The addition of regular exercise to your life is a fabulous way of creating new energy. A few years ago, when I admitted to myself that my life needed recharging, I joined a gym.  There was one close by and I gave myself the assignment to go three times a week.  Many mornings I did not feel like going. It was only after I made exercise a ritual which I did on a specific day at a specific time that it became a regular part of my life.</p>
<p>Most of us have busy lives and making time for exercise means that time has to be created for it. Look at your life and see if you can make a commitment to several regular time slots.  Unless exercise is on the schedule there is a great chance that your best intentions may not work.  The most important factor in creating energy through exercise is your mindset.  What is your reason for taking care of your body?  If the reason is that you want to be healthy and have more energy to live fully you will find ways to create time to take care of yourself.  Anything new that we do in our best interest recharges our lives.</p>
