I have been been fortunate in that all my professional life I have been able to do what I love doing. My passion is helping people empower their lives. Nothing is as exciting as being part of someone’s life as he/she takes risks and discovers strengths that make it possible to take life to a whole new level.
The first step:“The minute you begin to do what you want to do, it’s a different kind of life” Buckminster Fuller
A little about my background:

- My professional work experience has primarily been as a therapist, teacher, and coach. I specialize in helping people empower their life by strengthening their emotional fitness, relationship skills, and coping abilities.
- Spent one year working with Aboriginals in South Australia and found that, although there were many cultural differences, the intra and interpersonal issues were universal.
- For 18 years a colleague and I started and ran a private counseling/therapy and life skill training center as a successful business.
- I have been married 43 years and we have three wonderful children who have given us six fantastic grandchildren
- We live on the water in Annapolis, Maryland where I enjoy kayaking, sailing, and meandering about on a little motor boat.
Many a man has taken the first step. With every additional step you enhance immensely the value of your first. Ralph Waldo Emerson
